Device support may change at any time. Devices not on the official support list may still run the United Fiber TV app. However, performance and functionality may vary, especially after software or app updates. Limited troubleshooting is provided for unsupported devices.
Note: New Amazon Fire TV Operating System is Unsupported
10/23/25: Amazon released a new operating system (OS) for the Fire TV devices called Vega OS and has already started selling devices with this operating system. We do not currently support devices running this new operating system but are actively working to support it.

Important Notes:
- As devices age and operating systems update, compatibility may change.
- Older devices may still run the United Fiber TV app, but performance may vary. For the best experience we recommend devices released within the last three years.
- Due to platform limitations, Roku devices are not supported at this time.
