Fast internet and by far best customer service. Does not compare to the other options. Customer service was prompt and answered all questions we had. They even called back when the needed person was out of the office. We have the Family Package and have had no problems streaming multiple devices while my husband works online. Hands down the better choice. Only wish they came to town sooner!
