Please note: Regardless of the installation option selected above, a monthly service fee of $12.95 will apply.

Customers may choose a 12-month service agreement to receive a waived $75 installation fee, or select a one-time payment option with no long-term commitment. Please note: Early termination of the 12-month agreement will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Additional Wiring Notice: If Cat6 wiring is required, an additional fee may apply. Measurement and a customized quote wil be provided following the first appointment.
