United Fiber Business Services – Terms & Conditions (MSA Reference Summary). These Business Terms and Conditions are provided for reference purposes only. All United Fiber Business Services are governed by a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and applicable Service Orders executed between United Fiber (“Company”) and the business customer (“Customer”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the executed MSA controls. United Fiber may suspend or terminate Services as permitted under the MSA for reasons that may include non-payment, unauthorized use, violation of law or applicable service policies, failure to provide compatible customer-owned equipment, failure to cure a material breach after notice, or if United Fiber no longer has the authority, licenses, permits, or approvals required to provide Services. Customer may cancel or terminate Services for cause or without cause, subject to the notice and requirements in the MSA. Early cancellation or termination charges may apply as set forth in the MSA and applicable Service Orders and may include payment of remaining monthly recurring charges for the balance of the Service Order term. Customer remains responsible for all unpaid non-recurring charges, monthly recurring charges, and other amounts incurred prior to suspension or termination, as well as charges for Services that are suspended but not terminated. If Customer becomes subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership, or similar proceedings, United Fiber may terminate Services and the MSA in accordance with its terms, and any outstanding balances and applicable termination charges remain due. This summary does not amend, replace, or create a separate agreement. Last Updated: 12/15/25
